Pineapple Lemongrass Stir-Fry Sauce; 350g chicken, sliced;
1 tablespoon cooking oil; 2 tablespoon deep-fried shallots,
finely chopped. |
| INSTRUCTIONS: |

Heat
oil in a pan and stir-fry chicken for 3 minutes. |

Pour
in the stir-fry sauce and cook for 5 - 7 minutes or until chicken
is cooked, stirring occasionally. |

Garnish
with deep-fried shallots and serve. |
