Winter Fancy Food Show 2009, San Francisco
22 - 24 January, 2009

WORLDFOODS participated in this show for the 3rd consecutive year. The Winter Show is an unmatched opportunity to network and make business contacts in West coast of USA. More than 16,500 specialty food professionals spend three days scouting out inventive and traditional food products, as well as more than 1,000 new items waiting to enter the marketplace.

A competitive market, to get into and to be able to stand out in the cluster of products. However it was a fruitful and good show again, as we met our buyers and also other new potential opportunities.


CAMBODIAN PINEAPPLE LEMONGRASS CHICKEN
INGREDIENTS:
	(340g) WORLDFOODS Cambodian Pineapple Lemongrass Stir-Fry Sauce; 350g chicken, sliced; 1 tablespoon cooking oil; 2 tablespoon deep-fried shallots, finely chopped.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1.	Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry chicken for 3 minutes.
2.	Pour in the stir-fry sauce and cook for 5 - 7 minutes or until chicken is cooked, stirring occasionally.
3.	Garnish with deep-fried shallots and serve.
