| FRIED GOLDEN WONTON |
| INGREDIENTS: |

WORLDFOODS Thai Sweet Chilli with Kaffir Lime Dipping Sauce; 120g minced pork; 120g minced shrimp; 2 wood ears, soaked and chopped; 1 tbsp chopped coriander; 1 tsp chopped garlic; 2 tbsp chopped spring onion; 1 egg; 1 tbsp light soy sauce; Pinch of granulated sugar; Ground black pepper; 20 wonton wrappers; Oil for deep frying. |
| INSTRUCTIONS: |

Combine the pork, shrimp, wood ears, coriander, garlic, spring onions and egg in a bowl. Mix well and season with soy sauce, sugar and pepper. |

Take a wonton wrapper and place it on a flat surface. Put a heaped teaspoonful of filling in the centre of the wrapper, then pull up the edges of the pastry around the filling. |

Pinch together to seal. Repeat with the remaining pork mixture. |

Heat the oil in a wok. Fry the wontons in batches until they are crisp and golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper towel and serve immediately with WORLDFOODS Thai Sweet Chilli with Kaffir Lime Dipping Sauce. |
