| FRIED CHILLI CALAMARI |
| INGREDIENTS: |

150ml WORLDFOODS Thai Chilli Dipping Sauce; 200g fresh calamari, scored and cut into bite-sized pieces; 2 cloves garlic, chopped; 1 tablespoon cooking oil; Fresh coriander leaves, to garnish. |
| INSTRUCTIONS: |

Heat cooking oil in a large saucepan, add in garlic until golden-brown. |
| 2. |
Add in the calamari and chilli sauce and cook until the calamari curls and turns white. |
| 3. |
Sprinkle with coriander leaves. |
| 4. |
Serve with Jasmine rice or rice noodles. |
