FRIED CHILLI CALAMARI
INGREDIENTS:
 

150ml WORLDFOODS Thai Chilli Dipping Sauce; 200g fresh calamari, scored and cut into bite-sized pieces; 2 cloves garlic, chopped; 1 tablespoon cooking oil; Fresh coriander leaves, to garnish.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Heat cooking oil in a large saucepan, add in garlic until golden-brown.
2. Add in the calamari and chilli sauce and cook until the calamari curls and turns white.
3. Sprinkle with coriander leaves.
4. Serve with Jasmine rice or rice noodles.
