| GREEN CURRY OF PRAWNS |
| INGREDIENTS: |

2 tbsp / 40g WORLDFOODS Thai Green Curry Paste; 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil; 450g Prawns, shelled & deveined; 4 Kaffir Lime Leaves, finely chopped; 1 stalk Lemon Grass, bruised & chopped; 250 ml Coconut Milk; 2 tbsp Fish Sauce; Cucumber, seeded & cut into batons; 10 15 Basil Leaves;
Garnishing: 4 pcs Green Chillies, sliced. |
| INSTRUCTIONS: |

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a saucepan. Add the WORLDFOODS Thai Green Curry Paste and fry until the paste bubbling & fragrant. |

Add the prawns, kaffir lime leaves and lemon grass. Fry for 1-2 minutes or until the prawns are pink. |

Stir in coconut milk and bring to a gentle boil. Simmer, stirring occasionally for about 5 minutes or until the prawns are tender. |

Stir in the fish sauce, cucumber and basil, then top with the green chillies and serve. |
