GREEN PRAWN CURRY |
| INGREDIENTS: |

jar (340g) WORLDFOODS
Thai Green Curry Sauce; 340g Prawns, shelled
& deveined; Small Cucumber, seeded & cut into batons;
Garnishing: 1 Green Chilli or Jalapeno Pepper,
sliced. |
| INSTRUCTIONS: |

Pour
the curry sauce into a saucepan and heat gently for about 5
minutes. |
| 2. |
Then
add in the prawns and simmer over low heat for 8 - 10 minutes
until the prawns are tender, stirring occasionally. |

Stir
in cucumber. Before serving, garnish with the green chilli. |
